COMES NOW the attorney for Mr. Saavedra-Martinez and hereby moves to withdraw. On December 1, 2006 the Honorable Carroll affirmed Mr. Saavedra-Martinez's sentence of 64 months. A Notice of Appeal was filed on December 8, 2006. Counsel undersigned believes it is the best practice for another new attorney to review the work and the case at District Court for possible appeal error. Counsel has tried to obtain Mr. Saavedra-Martinez's agreement in writing to the withdrawal but the mail is slow and his letters are delayed additionally by the necessity of translation. Mr. Saavedra-Martinez remains in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons completing his sixty-four (64) month sentence. ///
