The Court has considered Defendant's pro se Motion for Early Release of Probation Pursuant to 18 USC Section 3564(c) and For Immediate Return of Passport, the Government's response which expresses no opposition to the motion and the probation officer's response, which confirms Defendant's compliance with his supervised release terms and also expresses no objection to early termination, IT IS ORDERED granting Defendant's pro se Motion for Early Release of Probation Pursuant to 18 USC Section 3564(c) and For Immediate Return of Passport [doc. 192]. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED terminating Defendant's supervised release effective this date.
