Upon Defendant's Motion, Government having no objection, and good cause appearing, to wit: sentencing in defendant's other case (CR 08-237-PHX-JAT) reset to 8/21/2008 for additional time to resolve defendant's previous conviction and this case to be resolved along with the CR 08-237-PHX-JAT case pursuant to the plea agreement, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting [31] Defendant's Motion to Continue Disposition (set for Admit/Deny Hearing) on Petition to Revoke Supervised Release. It appears that the Motion is made in good faith and will serve the public's interest in that providing Defendant with effective representation is necessary to insure fairness and protect the Defendant's constitutional rights. A continuance will insure counsel for both the government and the Defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation. IT IS ORDERED continuing Admit/Deny Hearing on Petition to Revoke Supervised Release from August 11, 2008 to Thurday, August 21, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Excludable delay pursuant to 18 USC § 3161 shall commence on 8/8/08, for a total of 0 days.
