The parties hereby agree and stipulate to a ten-day extension of time for Defendant IXYS Corporation to file its response to the Amended Complaint filed on June 30, 2000, through and including December 20, 2007. This is the first extension of time requested and stipulated to by the parties and does not otherwise alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by the Court.
