ORDER REVOKING PROBATION

A petition for revocation of probation having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having admitted violation of allegations A, B and C (order to pay criminal monetary penalties, standard condition #9 and special condition #6), IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's probation and the defendant, DUSTIN ARNOLD, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for TIME SERVED, which includes 5 days official detention adjustment. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS under the standard and special conditions previously imposed as stated in the General Order 04-11, with the exception that special condition #5 (Home Confinement) is deleted.

Special Conditions: 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost

of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. 2. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner. 3. You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information. 4. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or entering into any financial contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer. 5. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in

an amount to be determined by the probation officer. 6. You shall reside and participate in a residential re-entry center (Recovery Homes) for six (6) months, unless discharged earlier by the probation officer. immediately to Recovery Homes. Defendant shall be released

You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. Defendant having been sentenced to time served, IT IS ORDERED

that the defendant be released immediately to Recovery Homes for a period of six (6) months (special condition #6). Upon oral motion of the Government, IT IS ORDERED that all remaining allegations (D and E) as set forth in the Petition are dismissed. The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United State's Marshal's Service. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days. DATE DISPOSITION IMPOSED: October 24, 2007
