It ON motion of plaintiff for a Final Order of Forfeiture and the Court determining that
15 there is no just reason for delaying entry of a Final Order of Forfeiture; and the Court, having

17 defendant, Luis Feliz-Bojorquez in the following:
18 One (1) Nomico, 7.62x39 caliber semi-automatic rifle, Serial Number 9210082; and
19 One (1) Remington, model 870, 12 gauge shotgun, Serial Number A3309”/3M; and
20 any ammunition found with thefirearms. = C = i -
21 AND, the Court further finding from an examination ofthe record herein that the United
22 Staten, on May 26, ilune 2 and June 9, 2005, published notice in the Arizona Business Gazette,
` 23 of this forfeiture and the intent of the United States to dispose of the personal propertydin
24 accordance with the law, and further notifying all third parties of their right to petition the Court
25 within thirty (30) days for a hearing to adjudicate the validity of their alleged legal interest in the l

l 1 AND, it appearing from the record that no other claims, contested or otherwise, have been
2 tiled for the aforesaid personal property, the time allowed has expired and plaintiff is entitled
3 to judgment of forfeiture with respect to the interests of all other persons.
4 IT IS ORDERED, ADIUDGED and DECREED that all right, title and interest to the
5 following personal property:
6 One (1) Nornico, 7.62x39 caliber semi-automatic rifle, Serial Number 9210082; andOne
7 (1) Remington, model 870, 12 gauge shotgun, Serial Number A330973M; and
8 any ammunition found with the firearms. . _
9 is hereby forfeited to the United States of America, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 924(d) and
10 28 U.S.C. § 2461; - ( _ ‘
1 1 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States District Court shall retain jurisdiction
12 in this case for the purpose of enforcing this Order; and
S 13 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall forward a certified copy
14 of this Order to the United States Attomey’ s Office, Attn; Lisa Roberts, 40 N. Central Avenue,
