Movant, Neil Rusty Bond, (hereinafter, "movant"] respectfully requests the Court
to grant leave and allow movant to exceed page limit of movant's New Amended
2255 Petition.
This Court denied movant's original 2255 Petition filed January l5, 2008 and
allowed Attachments to movant's original 2255 Petition filed January l5, 2008.
This Court ordered movant to file an Amended 2255 Petition with a maximum of
lT pages, per Arizona Local Rules of Civil Procedure. Movant was denied his
legal paperwork to be transferred from Central Arizona Detention Center, Florence,
Arizona to Federal Prison Camp - LaTuna, Anthony, New Mexico, causing movant loss
of legal paperwork, seriously damaging movant. The Grounds and Supporting Facts

were so important to present to this Court in movant‘s New Amended 2255 Petition,
