CR-03-1090-PHX-DKD ORDER

The defendant was originally placed on probation by this Court on April 15, 2004. On May 18,

16 2006, a Petition for violation of conditions of probation was filed alleging a violation of Standard Condition 17 Nos. 3 and 12. 18 On August 1, 2006, the defendant appeared with counsel, Tyrone Mitchell, and the Government

19 was represented by AUSA Darcy Cerow for an Initial Appearance, detention and preliminary revocation 20 hearing. The defendant waived all hearings. An Admit/Deny hearing was set for August 18, 2006. At the 21 admit/deny hearing the defendant admits to violating Standard Condition No. 3 and Standard Condition 22 No. 12 as alleged in the Petition. The Court determines that the admission is voluntary and did not result 23 from threats or promises. Further, that there is a factual basis for the admission. Defendant waives the 24 Presentence Report and agrees to go to final disposition. 25 It is determined by this Court that the defendant has committed the violation contained in allegation
