COMES NOW PROBATION OFFICER Andrea L. lvlejia presenting an official report on Elnora Thomas who was placed
on probation on April 15, 2004, by the Honorable David K. Duncan presiding in the District Court of Arizona. A 38—month period
of probation was imposed. ln addition to the general terms and conditions adopted by the court, the offender was ordered to
comply with the following special conditions:
1. You shalt participate as instructed by the probation ofhcer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may
include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by
the probation officer.
2. You shall submit to search of person, property, vehicles, business, and residence to be conducted in a reasonable
manner and at a reasonable time by, or at the direction of, the probation officer.
3. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages.
Elnora Thomas was convicted of Aiding and Abetting Illegal Entry, in violation of 8 USC § 1325 and 18 USC § 2, a Class B
Misdemeanor offense.
RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE AS FOLLOWS:
ALLEGATION A: Violations of Standard Condition No. 3: "You shall report to the Probation Office as directed by the Court _
or probation ofhcer, and shall submit a truthful and complete written report within the first tive days of each month. "
The defendantfailed to report to the probation ofhce and submit monthly reports the months of November and December 2005,
and January through April 2006. ;
ALLEGATION B: Violation of Standard Condition No.12: "You shall immediately notify the probation officer (within forty-eight
(48) hours if during a weekend or on a holiday) of being arrested or questioned by a law enforcement ofhcer."
On or about June 3, 2005, Thomas committed disorderly conduct and was arrested by a Casa Grande Police Department
ofhcer. She did not report this law enforcement contact.
On or about September 28, 2005, Thomas had contact with Casa Grande Police Department officers after she was assaulted
