The Government provides a limiting instruction with respect to Bates stamps, defense objects to wording, argument heard. Defense orally motions for mistrial, argument heard. Defendant's oral motion for judgment of acquittal as to Count 1, wire fraud, and based on that, the other counts would fall as well. Argument presented. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying the motion for reasons stated on the record. Discussion held with respect to the schedule for the remainder of the day.
