15 l A tenth case management conference was held on July 8, 2005, to discuss case
16 management and other issues. All parties were represented by counsel, either by their own
17 attorney cr by an attorney covering the hearing for them. The presence of all Defendants was
18 waived. On the basis of this conference,
19 . ITIS HEREBY ORDERED: _
20 l. An eleventh case management conference will be held at 3:00 p.m. on
21 September 15, 2005.
‘ 22 2. Discovery issues heard during the tenth case management conference will be
23 addressed by separate order. That order will call for written submissions by the parties on
24 July 29, 2005 and August 12, 2005. This Cotut expects to decide the issues raised in these
25 submissions without an additional hearing. `
26 3. The schedule set forth in the Order filed May 10, 2005 (Doc. #693) shall

l a. Substantive motions, including motions to sever, shall be filed on or
2 l before September 2, 2005.
3 b. Responses to substantive motions shall be filed on or before
4 September 23, 2005. .
5 c. Replies in support of substantive motions shall be filed on or before
6 October 14, 2005.
7 d. A hearing on substantive motions will be held on November 4, 2005
8 _' at 2:00 p.m.
9 e. The parties shall submit a joint proposed jtuy questionnaire to the Court
10 on December 2, 2005.
11 f. A final pretrial conference and logistical trial meeting will be held on
12 January 20, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of this conference will be
13 to discuss pretrial and trial issues to be identified in a later order
14 regarding the final pretrial conference, the layout of the courtroom,
15 logistical issues arising from a multi-party trial, and related matters.
16 g. The parties shall submit proposed stipulations of fact to the Court on or
17 before January 13, 2006.
18 h. Trial will begin on February 14, 2006.
19 4. On or before the close of business on September 9, 2005, defense counsel and
20 counsel for the Government shall submit an eleventh joint case management report that
""' inclttdesia complete report on the status of this case. The parties shall address the status of

23 , any other matters that should be addressed at the eleventh case management conference.
