On August 12, 2005, defendant James Ceylon Reed III appeared before this Court The Court considered the information

13 on a petition for supervised release violation.

The Court finds that the defendant, having previously been convicted and placed

17 on probation, and having appeared before the Court in connection with a petition to 18 revoke his probation, has failed to establish by clear and convincing evidence that he is 19 not likely to flee or pose a danger to the safety of the community if released pursuant to 20 18 U.S.C. §3142(b) or (c). 21

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant be detained pending further
