Pursuant to Rule 16(a)(1)(E), Defendant, Robert McKay, through undersigned counsel, hereby moves that this Court enter its Order directing the United States Attorney to provide defendant with the Operational Plan/Reports of Agents Dobyns and Kozlowski for the month of August, 2004. These reports record the undercover operation as to which agents are involved, where, and with what duties. These reports have not been provided to the defense to date.
