18 A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release having been tiled and Defendant having
19 admitted the allegation that he violated Standard Condition #9 and Special Condition #1 of his
20 conditions of supervised release and the Court having found that defendant has violated the terms
21 and conditions of supervised release,
22 IT IS ORDERED committing Defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of
23 ELEVEN (11) MONTHS WITH CREDIT FOR TIME SERVED. The Court recommends to
24 the Bureau of Prisons that the Defendant participate in drug and substance abuse programs while he
is incarcerated.

26 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no further term of supervised release is imposed.
