Dear Honorable Judge Roslyn Cl. Silver,
I, lvlarisela Cabrera with a residence at 1991 E. Lippizau Dr. Queen Creek, AZ,
am writing in thc hopes that you will please review my brother, lvlanuel Cabrera’s, ease.
He has two sons, an eight and l.`oi.u· year old, and one daughter, a four year old, and I feel
that he needs to be here so he take eare of them, wateh over them, and he there for them
when they need him. lvlanuel*s not being able to be here for his children is hard for the
entire fmnily to handle. He has missed Christmases, Birthdays, Special Occasions, and
many “firsts°’. He has learned his lesson and the punishment of missing out on his
ehildren and family growing and prospering should he put into to account while asking
the question “Has he paid his debt to society?”. If you could so kindly review l1is case and
give him the second chance that our entire family thinks he deserves the gratitude that we
would have for you is unmatehed by words. lvly school is presenting it’s spring musical
“Ol•:lahoma“ on lvlareh End, Eid, and sl"', I have received the part of Aunt Eller in this
production and if you decided to give him his freedom by those dates it would be one
more “tirst” that he wouldnlt have to miss. If you could please review his ease and if
possible give him his freedom we would all he so grateful His ehildren, parents, and
family are all hoping and waiting to see him soon.
