A Petition for Revocation of Probation has been filed and defendant has admitted the allegations that he violated Special Condition #2 of his conditions of probation. The Court finds the defendant has violated the terms and conditions of probation and has considered the US Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range. The Court finds defendant's probation should be revoked. Accordingly, IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's probation is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED that defendant be placed at BSSW for a period of Nine (9) months commencing this date, with credit for time served, to be followed by a term of Three (3) years of Supervised Release. Defendant shall comply with the standard conditions of supervision adopted in General Order 04-11 and the following additional special conditions: 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall submit to search of person, property, vehicles, business, and residence to be conducted in a reasonable manner and at a reasonable time by, or at the direction of, the probation officer.

You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. You shall cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation officer. You shall reside and participate in a community corrections center for Nine (9) months, unless discharged earlier by the probation officer.

You shall participate in anger management classes, as directed by his probation officer.

You shall take your medication as prescribed by your doctor. You shall participate in domestic violence counseling as directed by the probation officer.
