15 A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held
16 with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted
17 violations of standard condition #3 and special condition #6,
18 IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant,
19 Cesar Frank Verdugo, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a
20 term of NINE (9) MONTHS. I I
I 21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED upon release from the Bureau of Prisons, defendant is
22 placed on supervised release for a period of TWENTY—FOUR (24) MONTHS. I
23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming standard conditions of supervision previously
24 imposed. The Defendant shall comply with the following additional conditions:
25 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance
n 26 abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute
27 to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

1 2. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer,
2 electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search
3 conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.
4 3. You shall not enter the Republic of Mexico.
5 4. You shall report all vehicles owned or operate, or in which you have an interest, to the
6 probation officer.
7 5. You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information.
8 6. You shall reside and participate in a community corrections center or 12 step halfway
9 house for 180 days, unless discharged earlier by the probation officer.
10 7. The defendant shall participate in an approved program for domestic violence.
11 8. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages.
12 The defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days.
