The Court finds Defendant's behavior warrants a sanction within the provisions of the Chapter 7 policy statements. Accordingly, IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of Twelve (12) months and one (1) day. The Court recommends that the defendant receive additional substance abuse treatment while incarcerated.
