This is the time set for hearing the defendant's motion to continue disposition
hearing [50-1] filed by Ms. Alvarado as well as a motion to substitute counsel and
continue the disposition hearing filed today by Nicholas Hentoff on behalf of the
defendant. {
IT IS ORDERED granting the motion to substitute counsel. The appointment of AFPD _
Jeanette Alvarado is withdraw as counsel for the defendant.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying as moot the motion to continue disposition hearing
[50-1] filed by Ms. Alvarado.
A discussion is held with respect to the motion to continue the disposition
hearing filed today by Mr. Hentoff.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting the motion, vacating the disposition hearing set
today and resetting the hearing for August 10, 2005 at 3:00 p.m.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are directed to file a report with the
Court no later than B/5/05 by 4:00 p.m. with respect to any witnesses or exhibits
the parties propose to call at the time of the hearing.
The defendant is reminded of his conditions of supervised release, that if he
violates those conditions, that an amended petition is to be filed with the court.
With respect to the information requested by the probation officer, the defendant
has until 7/15/05 to submit the requested information. Order to issue. _
IT IS_FURTHER ORDERED that a transcript of this proceeding be prepared.
