On June 19, 2006, this Court held a sealed status conference with attorneys for plaintiff Century 21 and defendant Century Surety Co. (the "June 19 Status Conference"). Upon reflection, the Court finds that the matters discussed at the June 19 Status Conference do not merit the record of proceedings being sealed.
