2] E In the Court’s February 5, 2007 Order, the Court struck Century 21’s Reply in
22 Support of Motion to Reconsider Order on Dilution (“‘Reply Brief ’) (dkt. 238) on the
23 grounds that it violated Loca] Rule 7.2g) which prohibits such a reply absent a court order
24 otherwise. See Order, dated February 5, 2007, at 1:23—26 and 10:1-4; Local Rule Civ. Pro.
25 7.2(g). However, the Court did in fact order that “Century 21 shall Ele a reply to Century’s
26 Response to C21’s Motion to Reconsicler.” Kee Order dated December 12, 2006 at 2:1-3,
27 (dkt. 236). Accordingly, Century 21 was not in violation of the local rules.]
