In May, 2007, undersigned counsel purchased Adobe Standard 8 in order to Manual and is not an exception as outlined in that Manual. The document is not being filed electronically for the following reasons:

convert documents to PDF for e-filing with this Court. 2. In June, 2007, undersigned counsel was able to convert documents to PDF

In July, 2007, undersigned counsel in an attempt to convert documents to PDF

and e-file with this Court discovered that the Adobe software was not functioning properly after a severe monsoon storm that passed through the Verde Valley. Undersigned counsel then contacted Adobe tech support in order to correct the malfunction. Adobe was unable to correct the problem, counsel then contacted and hired a local computer service and repair company ("Friendly Computers") to repair the problem. The software problem has been repaired and undersigned counsel is again able to convert documents to PDF and e-file with this Court. THEREFORE, undersigned counsel requests that this Court forgive the non-compliance. DATED this 30th day of July, 2007
