Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion for Copy of Local Rules, filed September 7, 2005 (#129). Plaintiff seeks to be provided, presumably by the Court, with a copy of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendants have not responded to the motion. The Arizona Department of Corrections, Department Order 902.02, available at

http://www.adc.state.az.us/Policies/902.htm#902.02, specifies the legal resources made available to ADOC inmates. Attachment A to that Order specifies that the resources include "Arizona Rules of Court - Federal." That publication, by West Publishing, includes copies of the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, including the Local Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff does not indicate that he has been denied access to these resources. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Copy of Local Rules, filed September 7, 2005 (#129) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
