JUDGMENT ON DEFAULT
Pursuant to the court's order ruling upon plaintiff's
motion for default judgment:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DirecTV, Inc., is
awarded judgment on its claims against defendant Willian1Ai Champion
a as follows:
(1) Plaintiff's first cause of action is dismissed with·
prejudice.
(2) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defen-
dant William A. Champion in the principal sum of $600,000.00 on
plaintiff's second cause of action.
(3) Plaintiff's third through tenth causes of action are
dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, this case is now decided as
