The Court has considered Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Request for Extension of Time to File Notice of Appeal. IT IS ORDERED granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Request for Extension of Time to File Notice of Appeal. Plaintiff may have until May 27, 2006 to file his notice of appeal. (doc. 114). Plaintiff's motion also requested that the trial transcripts be prepared. By order dated April 26, 2006 in Mullins v. Stewart, this Court granted Plaintiff Mullins request for trial transcripts to be prepared at government expense. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the court reporter shall provide a copy of the transcript of the trial proceedings to Plaintiff by June 15, 2006.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States shall pay the costs of the transcript copy. DATED this 10th day of May, 2006.
