IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA Beth D'Aguanno and Frankie Tyree, plaintiffs, vs. American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc., doing business as ABC Supply Company, Inc., defendant. Plaintiffs' Responses to Defendant's four separate Motions in Limine and Plaintiffs' Response to Defendant's Motion to Sever are all due today, August 26, 2005. Plaintiff's has been out-of-state all week relocating his son, who will be starting college out-of-state next week. This has hindered counsel's ability to complete the five Responses within the five judicial days provided by the Court. Plaintiff's counsel has contacted counsel for Defendant, Ms. JoEllen Benton, and she does not oppose this request. Accordingly, Plaintiffs request a brief extension of time in which to file Plaintiffs' Responses to Defendant's Motions in Limine from Friday, August 26, 2005 to Wednesday, August 31, 2005.
