Final judgment having been entered, Plaintiff filed a Bill of Costs on August 7, 2006, seeking the taxation of $8,993.86. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. 2. Clerk Fees - The $209.00 claimed is allowed. Service Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1 (e)(1), of the $1,130.16 claimed, only $1,014.70 is allowed. 3. Court Reporter Transcripts - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $4,971.57 claimed, only $3,757.97 is allowed. (No Reporter Attendance, Condensed Transcripts or ASCII allowed.) 4. Printing Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(5), the $1,387.93 claimed is denied. Witness Fees - The $1,137.00 claimed is allowed. Exemplification Fees - The $158.20 claimed is allowed.
