The Court entered Final Judgment of January 6, 2006 dismissing Plaintiff Astaris' Complaint. On January 10, 2006, Defendant Fire-Trol transmitted a settlement offer to one of Plaintiff Astaris' counsel that would finally resolve all matters. In order for the parties to adequately investigate the possibility of settlement, the parties request an extension of time to file Post-Judgment Motions.
