I 15 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Plaintiffs Marvin Sapiro and Gloria Sapiro, and
16 Defendants Sunstone Hotels Investors, L.L.C. and Sunstone Hotel Investors, L.P. ("Sunstone")
17 have reached a tentative settlement iri this matter. This settlement is contingent upon, and will
18 become fnal when, Mr. and Mrs. Sapiro resolve the Medicare Services Contractor lien.
19 Because of these remaining discussions, the parties anticipate completing and filing the
20 appropriate settlement documents with the Court within sixty (60) days. The parties also request
21 this court stay the pre—trial calendar set by order dated August 24, 2006, so that the parties may
22 focus on finalizing their agreement.
23 Counsel for Sunstone has communicated with Counsel for the Sapiros, and the Sapiros’
24 Counsel has authorized Sunst0ne’s Counsel to sign this instant stipulation on their behalf
