ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiff's "Motion for Extension of Time to Comply with the

Court's Order Dated December 27, 2005" (Doc. # 39). Plaintiff requests one additional
17

extension of time to prepare his Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary
18

Judgment. The Court will grant Plaintiff an extension of 20 days, until February 9, 2006,
19

to respond to Defendants' motion. For good cause appearing,
20

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's "Motion for Extension of Time to Comply with the
21

Court's Order Dated December 27, 2005" (Doc. # 39) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have
22

until February 9, 2006 to file his Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary
23

Judgment. Defendants shall have until March 1, 2006 to file their Reply.
