IT IS ORDERED that "Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time to Comply with the

Court Order" (Doc. # 37) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have until January 23, 2006 to file

his Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants shall have

until February 20, 2006 to file their Reply.
