The court has before it plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration (doc. 182). Plaintiffs' reading of Rule 4(a)(4)(B)(i), Fed. R. App. P., is reasonable, and the avoidance of piecemeal appeals is certainly desirable. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED GRANTING plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration (doc.182), and vacating this court's order dated July 25, 2005 which denied plaintiffs' motion for order pursuant to Rule 58(c)(2), Fed. R. Civ P. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 58(c)(2), Fed. R. Civ. P., IT IS ORDERED that the motion for attorney's fees shall have the same effect under Rule 4(a)(4), Fed. R. App. P., as a timely motion under Rule 59. DATED this 1st day of September, 2005.
