The Court will grant Plaintiff's Motion to the extent that the Court will consider the motion as a Supplemental Reply to Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Amend his Motion for Summary Judgment (document # 121) is GRANTED to the extent that the Court will consider the motion as a Supplemental Reply to Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment.
