This matter arises on Defendants' Motion for Leave to Exceed Page Limit (document # 112). Defendants request leave to exceed the page limit in their "Objection to Plaintiff's Undisputed Facts in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiff's Statement of Disputed Factual Issues." Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7.2(e) limits a motion and its

supporting memorandum to seventeen (17) pages, excluding attachments. Defendants request leave to exceed that page limit by six pages. In support of their Motion, Defendants state that Plaintiff has filed several voluminous pleadings in support of his motion for summary judgment.
