COMES NOW, the plaintiff Carlos Arthur Powell, pro—se and files
his objection to Cora Miles self-servant affidavit, which was not
furnished the plaintiff, until December 6th, 2005. Counsel has now
attempted to insinuate that he had furnished the first copy on or
about November 21, 2005.
Plaintiff has witnesses in the Federal Bureau of Prisons that
will substantiate that no affidavit accompanied the Notice of Sub-
mission of Affidavit of Cora Miles. .
Plaintiff Objects to the filing with request for the Court to strike
without prejudice, the document labelled Cora Miles Affidavit of ll/
17/05. _
