* COMES NOW, the plaintiff Carlos Powell, pro—se and
respectfully files for an Extension of Time to file the response
to the Summary Judgment filed by defendants. This extension for
{30) days is made in good faith, and not for purpose of delay. The
plaintiff has to locate the documents that Miles had destroyed, and
as such the plaintiff has to await delivery of mail from Canada.
