Beck Avenue #204, Tempe, Arizona 85281-3367, in the above cited action in the amount of $15,689.58, and post-judgment interest at the rate of 1.23%, compounded annually. The total balance due on the judgment is $16,333.63, as of August 14, 2007. Demand for payment of the above-stated debt was made upon the debtor more than 30 days before this application, and debtor has failed to satisfy the debt.
