24 Q. BY MR. TREON: You also said that she had got in
25 a state where she seemed unstable. Had you prior to

l June 10th, 2002, ever experienced her in a similar state
2 that you would characterize it as such?
3 A. Yes.
4 Q. In what context?
5 A. Just a couple of other times I'd done the same
6 thing, been oppositional, set her off and things like that.
7 She'd thrown a can at me, one of the memorable things that
8 I can recall, and that‘s about it.
9 Just-- oh, yeah. She'd thrown —- no. She
10 throws things a lot. When she gets mad, she throws things.
ll And I remember -- actually, one of my childhood memories
12 when I was four is when she threw a glass. That's another
13 thing she threw. That's the only thing I can really
14 recall.
