Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Objection to Defendants' Bill of Costs and Motion to Strike Affidavit of Jennifer L. Holsman (Doc. #140). While Plaintiff provides detailed objections to Plaintiff's bill of costs, she does not explain why Jennifer L. Holsman's affidavit should be stricken, other than to say it is false and misleading. Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion to Strike will be denied. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's Motion to Strike (Doc. #140) is DENIED.
