Dear Mr. Montoya:
In my letter to you dated September 28, 2005, I asked you to provide the following
outstanding discovery in this matter:
(l) All pay stubs Ms. Jerome has related to her employment with United Financial,
Homeowners Mortgage, and Prime Mortgage; and
(2) Supplemental calculations for Ms. Jerome’s alleged economic damages. `
On October ll, 2005, you called my assistant and told her that you would be faxing some
discovery to us, but I have not received anything.
If I do not receive all outstanding discovery in this matter by close of business on Friday,
November ll, 2005, I will again be in a position where I must request a conference with the
Court to resolve these issues.
