18 Plaintiff Alvin I.ia£Rue Pinkoson, # 127807, presently confined in the Winchester Unit. I
19 of the Arizona State Prison Complex in Tucson, Arizona (ASPC-Tucson), has not been
20 assessed an initial partial filing fee for this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 191 5(b)(1) based
21 on average monthly deposits and balances of zero ($0.00) in his inmate bank account. -
22 However, Plaintiff wilibe obligated to make monthly payments in the amount of twenty
- 23 percent (20%) ofthe preceding month’s income credited to Plaintiff’s trust account.
24 The Director ofthe Arizona Department of Corrections is required to send payments
25 from Plaintiffs trust account to the Clerk of the Court each time the amount in the account
26 exceeds ten dollars ($10.00), until the statutory tiling fee of one hundred and fifty dollars

3 (1) That the Director ofthe Arizona Department of Corrections or her designee shall
l 4 COLLECT from Plaintiffs trust account the one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) filing
5 fee by collecting monthly payments from Plaintiffs trust account in an amount equal to
6 twenty percent (20%) of the preceding month’s income credited to Plaintiff s trust account
7 and forwarding payments to the Clerk of the Court each time the amount in the account
8 exceeds $10.00 in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2). The payments shall be clearly

l 10 (2) That the Director ofthe Arizona Department of Corrections or her designee shall
