This letter is to follow up the December 7, 2004, letter from Tom Moring.
Enclosed are notices of deposition for the named defendants in this matter.
We have scheduled them to take place before the current discovery cutoff
I understand that you have agreed to extend the discovery date an additional 90 days in
this matter. I would like to get a stipulated motion to the Court, extending the discovery cutoff to
April 15, 2005, and extend other dates as well. Once we tile the motion, we can postpone the
dates for these depositions to accommodate scheduling needs.
