Pursuant to F ed. R. Civ. P. 41, the parties request that this action be dismissed
with prejudice and state therefor the following:
l. The parties have reached a Stipulation of Compromise Settlement to resolve
all claims in this action.
2. Accordingly, the parties request that this action be dismissed with prejudice
with each side to bear their own costs and fees.
3. There are no matters pending before this Court which would preclude
dismissal.
WHEREFORE the parties request that this action be dismissed with prejudice with
each side to bear their own costs and fees.
