Plaintiff has filed an untitled motion (Doc. #36) in which he requests assistance from the court in obtaining affidavits from prison officials. However, on November 2, 2005, the parties filed a Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice (Doc. #38) in which they agree to a dismissal of the case pursuant to a settlement agreement. In light of the stipulation, Plaintiff's motion is moot. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: That Plaintiff's untitled motion (Doc. #36) is denied as moot. DATED this 3rd day of November, 2005.
