COMES NOW Plaintiffs, by and through their counsel, and file this Motion to Continue the Rule 16 Scheduling Conference, which is presently scheduled for Monday, October 3, 2005, at 9:30 a.m., and requests that the Scheduling Conference be set to occur on October 3, 2005, at 2:30 p.m., in order to allow Plaintiffs' counsel to attend a pre-trial conference in another matter. Defendants' counsel has agreed to stipulate to the revised time of 2:30 p.m.
