In the Scheduling Order filed December 18, 2007 (#105), the parties were directed to file a Joint Discovery Plan. On January 17, 2008, the parties responded. In their Joint Discovery Plan, the parties request an extension of deadlines by three months, and then propose several specific and smaller modifications to the schedule in this matter. The Court acknowledges that despite its age, this post-remand case is in its infancy in terms of discovery processes. Nonetheless, the schedule adopted by the Court was similar to that adopted in other, recently filed, prisoner civil rights cases. Accordingly, a three month expansion will not be made. The Court does find good cause for making some of the requested specific modifications. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED amending the schedule in this case as follows: Discovery Requests: All requests for discovery shall be served by May 2, 2008. Discovery Motions: All motions regarding discovery shall be filed by 2008. Dispositive Motions: All dispositive motions shall be filed by June 20, 2008. June 20,

Pretrial Motions: All other pretrial motions, other than motions in limine, shall be filed by July 21, 2008. Joint Pretrial Statement and Proposed Order: The parties shall lodge a joint
