13 Comes now, the Plaintiff, Timothy Lee Ward, pro-per, pursuant to Rule 37
14 (A) and Local Rule 7.2 (J), of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and
15 hereby requests this Honorable Court for an informal telephonic conference.
16 On January 22, 2008, the Defendants sent the Plaintiff their Response to
17 his Request for Production of Documents and Responses to Plaintiff's
18 Interrogatories to both Defendants. There are numerous objections as well as
19 a few interrogatories that were not answered. On <5;A!\> 99, 3008 , the
20 Plaintiff sent a letter to the Attorneys for the Defendants requesting a
21 telephonic conference to discuss the issues. As of the date of this Motion
22 the Plaintiff has not received any type of communication from the Defendants
23 Attorneys.

1 Wherefore, the Plaintiff, request an informal telephonic conference with 1
2 the Magistrate Judge as well as the Attorneys for the Defendants so that a
3 solution or an agreement can be reached before filing a motion to compel.
