13 Plaintiff comes now before the Court requesting an emergency extension of time to respond to La
14 Paz County’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
15 Plaintiff in the Memorandum of Points and Authorities below further set forth more fully reasons
16 why this motion should be granted in his favor.
17 MEMORANDUM OF POINTS ANDAUTHORITIES
18 Plaintiff requests an Emergency Extension of time for the reasons listed below,
19 1. Plaintiff have previously requested an order be entered granting Plaintiff’s a 15 day
20 due to not receiving copy of La Paz County’s Motion until after receiving Cautionary
21 Order from the Court.
22 2. Pro Se Plaintiff has been diligently working on Responding however has needed to do
1 23 a lot of reading in attempt to respond in Proper Format & legally correct as to issues
24 local rule.
