matter. Originally, this Court granted the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Ms. Susan F. Field from this lawsuit for, among other reasons, her lack of objection to the outstanding motions for summary judgment. This Court granted summary judgment on all aspects of the Plaintiffs' complaint against Plaintiff Susan F. Field and in favor of all Defendants. Consequently, Ms. Field is no longer a party to this matter.

Including her in the caption when all claims she possesses have been dismissed, may lead to confusion by the jury and prejudice the Defendants. For these reasons, and most especially because this Court has dismissed all of Susan F.
