Pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2, Defendant United States of America hereby provides notice to the Court of the taking of the deposition of Plaintiffs Crane Co. and Unidynamics/Phoenix, Inc., pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The United States of America will take the deposition upon oral examination of persons designated by said Plaintiffs pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6). The deposition will commence at 9:00 a.m. on September 7, 2005, at Two Renaissance Square, 40 N. Central Avenue, Suite 1200, Phoenix, AZ 85004-4408. The deposition shall continue from day to day until completed, excluding Sundays and holidays unless an alternate schedule is agreed to by all the parties. The United States caused a true and correct copy of Defendant United States of America's Notice of Deposition of Crane Co. and Unidynamics/Phoenix, Inc. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(b)(6) to be served by overnight mail upon counsel for said Plaintiffs. The United States also hereby notifies the Court that, on May 4, 2005, the United States served a Subpoena Duces Tecum under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45 upon Pacific Scientific Company. The United States caused a true and correct copy of said Subpoena Duces Tecum to be served by first-class mail upon counsel for Plaintiffs. // // // // // // // // // // // -2-
